We are a small team that designs, prints, and finishes objects for brands, creators, and institutions. Everything is made in-house.

Our Story

It started with one printer and a lot of questions.

Make Matters began in July 2024 as a single printer on a desk in Tangerang. Friends asked for small parts, then small businesses asked for merchandise, and the desk turned into a room.

We learned early that printing one good part is easy. Printing a thousand identical ones, on time, is the real work. So we built the studio around that: more machines, written quotations, samples before batches, and a system to track every order.

Today we run a farm of 22 printers and work on everything from one-off prototypes to production runs for national brands.

  1. Jul 2024

    The first printer

    Make Matters starts in Tangerang with one FDM printer and small custom jobs for friends and local businesses.

  2. Late 2024

    First batch contract

    A mascot keychain order for a restaurant group pushes us from one-offs to production runs in the thousands.

  3. 2025

    Mamat's Workshop opens

    We launch our own product line on Shopee, Tokopedia, and TikTok Shop: coffee tools, home decor, and collectibles.

  4. 2025

    Brand work grows

    Luggage tags, bag charms, QR stands, and display pieces for retail and lifestyle brands.

  5. 2026

    22 printers and counting

    The farm reaches 20 FDM and 2 resin printers, with our own order system running production day to day.

Quote in writing

Every job starts with a written quotation: price, material, lead time. No surprises on the invoice.

Sample before batch

For production runs, you approve a physical sample before we print the full quantity.

Right material for the job

We recommend the material that fits how the part will be used, not the one that is easiest for us.

Tell you early

If something affects your deadline, you hear it from us first, with a plan to fix it.
